Description

You will manage and oversee manufacturing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. You'll collaborate across teams like Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to solve operational challenges and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, operations, or project management
• Understanding of product lifecycle and manufacturing readiness
• High EQ and ability to influence across all levels
• Proven ability to drive execution and think strategically
• U.S. Person status for export control access

Responsibilities

• Scope projects and own execution from initiation through completion
• Develop schedules and budgets for on-time, on-budget delivery
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and other teams
• Collect data, build analyses, and present findings to leadership
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities
