Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business or related field plus 1-3 years relevant experience (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, scanning, formatting, and assembly of technical documents
  • Maintain clean shared spaces, set up workstations for new hires and meetings
  • Monitor and restock office, field, and kitchen supplies; handle procurement and shipping logistics
  • Track field equipment usage and condition; coordinate maintenance and office equipment repairs
  • Assist with RFP tracking, proposal preparation, scheduling, budget tracking, and project documentation
