Description

You will lead an engineering team building agentic and recommendation products for next-gen digital marketing. Your team will deliver enterprise-grade Marketing Agents and Consumer-Facing Agents, integrated with a One Data Platform, to enable trustworthy personalization and decisioning at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience as a Software Engineer; 4+ years in management/leadership
• Strong English communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade products
• Experience managing engineers and ML scientists

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team delivering enterprise-grade agent and recommendation capabilities
• Translate product goals into technical strategy, milestones, and execution plans
• Establish engineering excellence in code quality, testing, observability, and incident response
• Design and ship agent frameworks with planning/execution loops, tool calling, and safety guardrails
• Drive stakeholder alignment and promote autonomous culture
