You'll take ownership of assigned customer accounts and ensure accurate cash collection for the ION Group. Your work will directly impact monthly debt collection targets while collaborating with commercial, legal, and billing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor aged debts and manage assigned customer base
• Follow up with clients via email and phone to ensure payment terms
• Become escalation point for high risk or over trading customers
• Reconcile and post client receipts with zero tolerance for unidentified receipts

📋 Requirements

• Multitasking and numerical ability
• Ability to reconcile complex accounts
• Work under strict deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel

• Minimum 100 follow-up emails per day may indicate high workload
