You will drive Clara's expansion in Brazil by owning the full sales cycle for expense management and corporate card solutions, targeting mid-market and enterprise clients. Your work will modernize how companies handle corporate spending, replacing legacy banking and fragmented tools.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in tech/startup ecosystem
- Minimum 5 years outbound sales experience in Fintech, Expense Management, or Corporate Banking
- Deep knowledge of Brazilian financial market
- Proven experience selling to CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers
- Working proficiency in Portuguese and intermediate English

- Drive outbound sales motion for expense management and corporate card solutions
- Lead go-to-market strategy in tech industry
- Generate qualified leads through proactive prospecting and outreach using Amplemarket
- Manage pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and deal-volume KPIs
