🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full lifecycle recruitment for senior engineering roles
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies
• Manage recruiting funnels in Ashby with diligence
• Proactively source and recruit top talent

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech companies
• Experience recruiting for Research, MLE, and Engineering teams
• Managing high volume senior level desk at hyper growth startup/scale-up
• Creative problem solving skills & thrive under pressure
