Description

You will lead a high-volume, performance-driven Coverage team supporting Docketly's operational excellence, driving staffing performance, inside sales effectiveness, and KPI attainment while developing a team of Coverage Specialists to operate at scale. This role requires balancing people development with measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of progressive experience in coverage and recruiting environments with clear career growth
  • Proven strength in inside sales, including consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
  • Demonstrated ability to convert recruiting and sales tactics into repeatable systems for team success
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong proficiency in reporting tools and performance analytics
  • Experienced in setting and operationalizing OKRs to drive measurable outcomes
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset proactively identifies process gaps and implements solutions
  • Effective escalation manager who remains composed and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Holds team members accountable while fostering engagement and performance ownership

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 Coverage Specialists in a high-volume staffing environment
  • Drive team performance against KPIs including fill rate, margin targets (36%+), drops, losses, and daily MTTC execution
  • Translate recruiting and inside sales strategies into scalable best practices across the team
  • Set, track, and execute against team and individual OKRs to ensure consistent performance growth
  • Analyze reporting data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps; implement corrective action plans
  • Manage escalations professionally, exercising sound judgment and solution-oriented decision making
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable results
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase speed and quality
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure alignment on performance goals
  • Maintain strong oversight of hearing losses, cancellations, and coverage gaps while ensuring proper approval workflows
