💼 About This Role

You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team of 3-10 kickers on high-tech product development and industrialization projects. You'll oversee prototyping, design, test, and validation phases (POC/EVT/DVT/PVT), ensuring quality and eco-design integration. This role offers international project opportunities and travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in pre-sales phases with sales and program managers
• Contribute to team project estimation (quality, cost, schedule)
• Lead engineering team through prototyping, design, and validation phases
• Manage supplier identification and qualification

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Software, or Robotics
• Significant experience in project management and product industrialization
• Cross-disciplinary knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and software constraints
• Fluent English for international communication

• Experience in eco-design and lifecycle analysis
• DFx analysis skills (DFA/DFM/DFT)
