💼 About This Role

You'll lead analytical method development for pharmaceutical products processed in microgravity. You'll characterize drug substances and drug products to improve therapeutics. This role offers the chance to shape Varda's product culture and establish the low earth orbit economy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, optimize and validate analytical methods for drug substances and products
• Carry out hands-on experiments and coordinate with external testing sites
• Collaborate with product development, formulation sciences, and engineering teams
• Author methods, protocols, validation reports, and regulatory filings

📋 Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or related field
• Experience with UV and HPLC type analytical techniques
• Demonstrated track record of method development in publications or filings

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NMR, FTIR, and mass spectrometry
• Experience as technical owner of projects across lifecycle
