You will train large language models by engaging in conversations about insurance in English and French, evaluating responses for accuracy and industry logic, and documenting failure modes to improve model reasoning. This contract role lets you apply your insurance expertise to shape AI for financial literacy and claims automation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in insurance, finance, business administration, actuarial science, or related field
• Fluency in French
• Professional certifications such as CPCU, AIC preferred
• Hands-on experience in the insurance industry
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Engage with AI models on real-world insurance scenarios and technical questions in English and French
• Verify factual accuracy and industry logic of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
