You'll lead a team of heavy equipment maintenance technicians at EquipmentShare's onsite facility in Borger, TX. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, assign, and monitor work orders for equipment repairs.
• Coordinate and supervise quality performance of service personnel.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships for 100% satisfaction.
• Train and develop employees while ensuring a safe work environment.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance and service experience.
• Industry knowledge in rental or construction field.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
