Description
You will serve as the strategic partner and relationship manager for Collibra's Federal customers, ensuring satisfaction, driving adoption, and delivering value from Collibra's solutions. You'll bridge customer mission needs with software solutions by coordinating technical teams for successful implementation and value delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar)
- Experience supporting U.S. federal government customers (civilian, DoD, or IC)
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in regulated or high-security environments
Responsibilities
- Build and manage trusted relationships with key federal customer stakeholders, system integrators, and partners
- Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating technical value and best practices
- Coordinate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions
- Align services delivery with customer business needs ensuring on-time, on-scope project execution
- Identify and track customer risk indicators (usage, sentiment, support volume) and lead risk mitigation efforts
