Description

You will drive growth and provide clinical education for Ceribell's rapid seizure detection technology in acute care settings. You'll launch new hospitals, expand usage, train clinicians, and build advocacy, working closely with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recent critical care sales or 5 years of medical device/pharma sales
• RNs with industry experience supporting sales teams considered
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess stakeholder needs and adjust strategy
• 60% / 3 days per week travel required; must be based in Michigan

Responsibilities

• Expand Ceribell usage across acute/critical care centers within existing accounts
• Launch Ceribell at new customer sites alongside Territory Manager
• Provide clinical training and education to physicians and hospital staff
• Develop qualified lead funnel and build advocacy within facilities
• Partner with clinicians to establish seizure risk protocols
