You will install and service home security solutions, assess customer needs, and identify up-selling opportunities. You'll ensure optimal system configuration, activate and demonstrate the system, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good sales skills with strong up-selling and closing abilities
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Service residential security systems accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed performance goals consistently
• Perform walkthrough of home to determine optimal system configuration and identify up-selling opportunities
• Keep customer informed of service process
• Connect in-home system to central monitoring, activate system and perform customer demonstration
