You'll manage multi-state licensing and regulatory compliance for Opendoor's mortgage operations, ensuring adherence to federal and state requirements. Your core impact will be driving successful regulatory examinations and maintaining our Compliance Management System. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee multi-state NMLS licensing for entities and individuals.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings like HMDA LAR and MCR.
• Manage state and federal (CFPB) regulatory examinations.
• Administer Compliance Management System (CMS) and policy updates.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of mortgage compliance experience at a non-bank lender.
• Expert-level knowledge of multi-state NMLS licensing.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory filings (HMDA, MCR).
• Track record of managing state and federal regulatory examinations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Expert-level knowledge of title and escrow company licensing.
• CRCM or CAMS professional designation.
• Experience as AML Compliance Officer.
