💼 About This Role

You'll be the heart of the member experience, preparing the office each day and building community through events and hospitality. Your work directly impacts how members feel about their workplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare the office daily: brew coffee, set out breakfast, stock amenities.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for the location.
• Plan and execute events with unique signage and details.
• Assist members with IT or Wi-Fi issues as needed.
• Support local marketing events and give walk-in tours.

📋 Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of operating machines and appliances like printers and dishwashers.
• Must participate in food preparation and cleaning duties following health regulations.

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Event planning or coordination experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
