💼 About This Role

You'll lead Asana's Customer Trust Program, overseeing how security and compliance information is communicated to customers. You'll partner with GTM teams to accelerate deals and ensure trust is an enabler. This role offers ownership of impactful programs in a hybrid Warsaw office with global team collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage security questionnaires, customer audits, and trust inquiries
• Train GTM teams on security engagement protocols
• Participate in customer calls and security discussions
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Product on improvements

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience with security compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Strong knowledge of security expectations for B2B SaaS organizations
• Proven ability to drive operational process improvements and metrics
• Excellent communication skills translating complex security concepts
