Description

As a Logistics Lead at Carvana, you will oversee warehouse and transportation activities, lead a team to ensure safe and efficient operations, and manage inventory using RFID scanners. You'll play a key role in coordinating logistics between departments and supporting employee engagement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years or DUI
• Ability to work as a team player and interact professionally
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in all Warehouse, Logistics Transportation activities
• Lead and develop team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and productive environment
• Support team members with daily functions including huddles, scheduling, training, shuttle driving, loading
• Monitor team performance via KPI reporting and assign tasks
• Manage Third Party (3P) transactions and Electric Vehicle (EV) inventory
