You'll join the high-trust team that owns EasyPost's most critical platform, the USPS PC Postage system, and play a key role in our journey to the cloud. Your Go expertise will help refactor legacy services and design cloud-native solutions delivering low-latency, high-throughput systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, code, test, and optimize high-performance **Go** services for USPS shipping.
• Refactor legacy systems and design new **cloud-native** services on Azure, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate ideas into **rock-solid architecture**.
• Participate in peer reviews, mentor teammates, and bring **Go best practices** into the codebase.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience (or 6+ with master's).
• Proficiency in Go programming language.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with additional languages such as Python or C++.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with gRPC and microservices patterns.
