💼 About This Role

You'll own the operational integrity and clinical alignment of PACS imaging systems across a distributed, multi-site environment. You'll serve as the structured liaison between Radiology, Clinical Operations, and Clinical Engineering to ensure diagnostic accuracy and radiologist efficiency. This role combines technical operations with proactive healthcare transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain worklists, hanging protocols, and user roles.
• Monitor PACS performance, storage capacity, and latency proactively.
• Troubleshoot PACS, viewer, modality, and integration issues.
• Conduct audits of image quality and data integrity across sites.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a PACS Administrator or Imaging Systems Analyst
• Direct experience supporting radiologists and advanced imaging workflows
• Strong working knowledge of DICOM standards, image routing, and PACS architecture
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, IT, and product teams

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics or equivalent experience
• HL7, FHIR or vendor-specific PACS certifications preferred
