💼 About This Role

You'll join Sonar's engineering team to build features for SonarQube Server and Cloud, helping developers improve code quality and security. You'll own the architecture of cloud-native applications on AWS and drive sprints to completion with short iteration loops. This role offers high impact on a product used by 7M+ developers and 400K organizations worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with PMs and UX designers to specify and develop new features
• Write unit tests and integration tests for new features
• Lead architecture definition of applications on AWS
• Deploy and monitor new features in production

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer
• 3+ years of experience with frontend web development and TypeScript, preferably React
• 1+ year of experience as a Staff Engineer or equivalent level
• Experience architecting cloud-native applications on AWS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with experimentation from consumer app world
• Knowledge of build tools like Maven or Gradle
• Experience with relational RDBMS such as Postgres and SQL
