Description

You will lead the end-to-end contract operations process supporting US Commercialization, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You own the design and improvement of contracting workflows, manage vendor partnerships, and drive process optimization to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required with 5-10 years of progressive experience in contract operations, procurement, or business process management in biopharma or life sciences.
• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives and managing vendors or cross-functional teams.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to drive compliance and optimize operational efficiency.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Smartsheet, Teams, and contract management systems.
• Targeted oncology product experience preferred; prior experience in fast-paced biotech or pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the contracting process lifecycle for all contract types (SOWs, CDAs, MSAs) including monitoring system performance and reporting metrics.
• Lead coordination among internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective contracting.
• Initiate onboarding and training for business partners to ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards.
• Establish performance measures to monitor contract lifecycles, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Mentor peer contract operations colleagues to prioritize workload and resolve barriers.
