💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop an SDR team while designing outbound GTM systems using Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot. Your impact will turn outbound from activity-heavy into outcome-driven by building repeatable, high-signal playbooks. This role offers high autonomy and direct impact on pipeline and revenue quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop an existing team of SDRs with clear quality and output standards
  • Design and improve outbound systems using Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot
  • Own outbound sequencing across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Track and optimize funnel metrics from prospecting to pipeline created

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience building and scaling outbound GTM systems
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot
  • Ability to design systems that scale without sacrificing relevance or compliance
  • Experience leading SDR or BDR teams in a high-growth environment

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in EOR, PEO, staffing, global payroll, or adjacent HR tech
  • Experience selling into mid-market or SMB globally
  • Prior exposure to multi-region GTM motions across EMEA and the Americas
