You'll oversee the day-to-day activities of the Safe Secure team at Carvana's HQ, ensuring team members and assets are protected. You'll provide coaching, training, and performance management to maintain high standards and effective security protocols. This role leads Incident Management and emergency preparedness programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned security team
• Train and coach team on security protocols and procedures
• Manage Incident Management program and emergency response
• Ensure proper functioning of security technology systems

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in physical security or loss prevention
• 1+ years directly supervising a team
• Crisis Management leadership experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable DMV

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, or related field
• Experience with project management software
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
