You will partner with hiring managers and design leadership to define team needs and source world-class design talent. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop diversity strategies, and champion Brex's employer brand within the design community.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for design roles in fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in AI tools and creative talent networks
• Ability to assess design portfolios and understand systems thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Data-driven mindset to interpret metrics and drive process improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles using various platforms
• Screen and evaluate candidate portfolios and collaboration skills
• Partner with design leaders to calibrate craft standards and hiring bar
• Coordinate interview processes including portfolio reviews and design exercises
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health and recruiting progress
