💼 About This Role

You'll manage client relationships and drive revenue growth for a strategic Organizational Management client within Brillio's Customer Success team. You'll build trust and identify new partnership opportunities while owning the account P&L. This role offers dynamic growth at a rapidly scaling company.

  • Establish and manage client relationships at all levels.

  • Manage the account P&L and oversee high-level delivery.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in account management or business development.
  • Ability to manage client relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of IT services and solution selling.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and P&L management.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Background in digital transformation or IT consulting.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics.
