💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and execution of Solink's Devices & Infrastructure portfolio, powering a cloud-based SaaS platform for over 30,000 locations. Your work will directly impact system scalability, security, and reliability while enabling cross-functional teams to deliver with speed. This role balances long-term architectural vision with pragmatic execution to safeguard customer trust.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own devices and infrastructure strategy aligned with growth and security.
• Prioritize roadmap for cloud infrastructure, platform services, and reliability initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and SecDevOps to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available systems.
• Track performance indicators like SLOs, system performance, security posture, and cloud cost.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management in SaaS with platform, infrastructure, or cloud products.
• Strong technical foundation in cloud architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience using AI tools for research, market analysis, and prototyping.
• Deep understanding of security best practices and modern cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Experience in physical security, video surveillance, or computer vision.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Exposure to observability, DevOps tooling, or infrastructure-as-code.
