💼 About This Role

You'll assess student development and contribute to IEPs for behavioral growth in a school setting. Your work directly helps students with challenging behaviors through evidence-based interventions. Travel to multiple school locations and collaborate with school teams to ensure fidelity of interventions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform functional behavior assessments for students
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans
• Train staff in implementing interventions and programming
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress

📋 Requirements

• Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certification
• Experience as a behavior or autism specialist
• Ability to travel to multiple school locations
