You'll join the Fraud Risk team to detect and resolve fraud cases by analyzing customer and agent activities. You'll handle incoming calls from users affected by fraud, ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is key to reducing fraud and improving processes at a fast-growing fintech.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming fraud-related calls from users or agents.
- Identify patterns in user feedback to improve fraud processes.
- Quickly escalate major issues affecting multiple users.
- Participate in training team meetings.
๐ Requirements
- Professional or native fluency in English.
- 2+ years experience in customer support at a call center.
- Degree in Law, Audit, Communication, or equivalent.
