You'll join the Fraud Risk team to detect and resolve fraud cases by analyzing customer and agent activities. You'll handle incoming calls from users affected by fraud, ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is key to reducing fraud and improving processes at a fast-growing fintech.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming fraud-related calls from users or agents.
  • Identify patterns in user feedback to improve fraud processes.
  • Quickly escalate major issues affecting multiple users.
  • Participate in training team meetings.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Professional or native fluency in English.
  • 2+ years experience in customer support at a call center.
  • Degree in Law, Audit, Communication, or equivalent.

  • Local language proficiency.
  • Experience with fraud detection or risk analysis.
