💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Product Managers to drive vision and strategy for high-impact product areas at ClickUp, the first converged AI workspace. Your impact will span core product areas, balancing IC contributions (~30%) and team leadership. This role offers the opportunity to pioneer AI in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 Product Managers.
• Set product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Own group roadmap, balancing quick wins and long-term initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, GTM.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management
• 5+ years managing a team of Product Managers
• B2B SaaS product experience in high-growth environments
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills

• Experience in AI-driven products
• Background in developer platforms or productivity tools
• Familiarity with ClickUp product areas (Views, Tasks, Whiteboard, etc.)
