Description

You'll support the Corp Dev team by executing investments, M&A transactions, and strategic partnerships. You'll conduct market research, build financial models, perform due diligence, and work with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years in investment banking, PE, consulting, or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and industry mapping to identify investment and M&A opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models with DCF, precedent transactions, and trading comps
• Support due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, and technical areas
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and board materials
• Maintain M&A pipeline and track strategic initiatives
