💼 About This Role

You'll lead DMPK strategy and execution for Iambic's discovery programs, designing ADME/PK studies and PK/PD modeling to enable candidate selection and accelerate IND filings. As the internal subject matter expert, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage a network of CRO partners. This high-impact role combines rigorous science with strategic drug development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead DMPK strategy across discovery programs.
• Design and oversee non-clinical ADME/PK studies.
• Serve as DMPK subject matter expert for cross-functional teams.
• Build and manage CRO partner network.
• Prepare DMPK sections for regulatory submissions.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Pharmacokinetics or related field.
• 12+ years pharma/biotech experience.
• 3+ years DMPK leadership experience.
• Experience with regulatory submissions.
