You'll join BLP Digital as a founding SDR in our new London office, building the UK pipeline from scratch. You'll drive targeted outreach to industrial decision-makers, shape the SDR playbook, and influence the UK go-to-market strategy. This is a rare chance to have outsized impact in a fast-growing AI scaleup backed by Goldman Sachs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own targeted outreach to UK prospects via cold calls and messages.
• Run discovery meetings and hand off qualified demo opportunities.
• Craft tailored value propositions for industrial stakeholders.
• Shape the UK SDR playbook based on your learnings.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English (German or other European language a plus)
• Bachelor's or Master's in STEM, Psychology, Business or similar
• Confident on the phone with strong questioning skills
• Resilient and able to maintain momentum through long sales cycles
