Description

As a Hospitality Coordinator, you'll ensure our short-term rental homes are functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. You'll perform inspections, restock supplies, handle light maintenance, and respond to in-market issues, directly impacting guest satisfaction and property care.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in hospitality, property care, or vacation rentals
  • Detail-oriented and highly reliable
  • Comfortable walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to travel within market and drive between properties
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings

Responsibilities

  • Conduct home inspections before and after guest stays to ensure brand standards
  • Restock consumables and maintain FCS readiness
  • Leave hospitality touches like gifts and welcome notes for arriving guests
  • Handle basic maintenance tasks (lightbulb changes, TV resets, small repairs)
  • Respond quickly to urgent in-stay issues or guest concerns
