Description
As a Hospitality Coordinator, you'll ensure our short-term rental homes are functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. You'll perform inspections, restock supplies, handle light maintenance, and respond to in-market issues, directly impacting guest satisfaction and property care.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in hospitality, property care, or vacation rentals
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
- Comfortable walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel within market and drive between properties
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings
Responsibilities
- Conduct home inspections before and after guest stays to ensure brand standards
- Restock consumables and maintain FCS readiness
- Leave hospitality touches like gifts and welcome notes for arriving guests
- Handle basic maintenance tasks (lightbulb changes, TV resets, small repairs)
- Respond quickly to urgent in-stay issues or guest concerns
