You'll manage television programming lifecycle across multiple markets, ensuring operational success through meticulous schedules and contracts. As primary liaison between syndicators, Program Managers, and local stations, you'll coordinate data across broadcasting platforms to ensure smooth content delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain network and syndication schedules in program management systems.
• Act as primary contact for syndicator portals, distributing critical metadata.
• Assist Program Managers with schedule distribution to external services and station personnel.
• Enter new syndication contracts and monitor program usage.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with program management systems and listings guides for linear/streaming.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination between group-level and local stations.
