- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and snacks inventory.
- Manage mail and deliveries via FedEx, USPS, UPS.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and space planning.
- Plan and execute company events and meetings.
๐ Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in office administration or hospitality.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
