- Build outbound sales engine as first SDR hire
- Hit monthly and quarterly quota targets
- Prospect using LinkedIn, Apollo, and job boards
- Cold call and qualify inbound opportunities
📋 Requirements
- 1+ year in tech (preference for startup experience)
- Met or exceeded targets at previous job
- Highly metrics-driven and data-oriented
- Process-oriented and organized
