Description

You will help build a new product from scratch at Abnormal AI, focusing on streaming infrastructure for our data integration platform. You'll work with Product Managers and the Account Takeover Detection team to integrate customers into new streaming systems and serve as a liaison between infrastructure and detection teams.

Requirements

• Experience with streaming data systems: Kafka, Spark, Map/Reduce or similar
• Experience building and operating distributed systems at high scale (~billions of transactions/day)
• Working with external party APIs
• 3-5 years of overall software engineering experience
• Strong sense of best practices in developing software

Responsibilities

• Build out streaming infrastructure for our data integration platform
• Capture data from Slack, Teams and other streaming data platforms
• Integrate customers into new streaming infrastructure, migrating from older polling model
• Work with Product Managers and Designers on product requirements and frontend implementation
• Partner with Account TakeOver detection team to understand workflows and represent needs
• Contribute to hiring through excellent interview practices
