💼 About This Role

You'll lead and standardize capture management processes across all divisions, driving pipeline hygiene and capture excellence for Agile Defense's federal growth. You'll oversee a team of Capture Leads to ensure consistent execution of the capture lifecycle from opportunity identification to proposal submission, providing actionable intelligence to executive leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and enforce capture management frameworks and gate reviews.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to Capture Leads across six divisional Pods.
• Present pipeline health and capture status to C-suite leadership.
• Drive consistent execution of capture lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of capture management or business development in federal contracting.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing capture teams.
• Proven ability to design and enforce end-to-end capture frameworks.
• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building capture centers of excellence from the ground up.
• Familiarity with Agile Defense's core markets like cybersecurity and cloud.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
