Lead and manage operations for BAYADA's Home Hospice office in Fayetteville, NC, ensuring high-quality care and team performance while driving growth and compliance.

Requirements

• RN or BSN required
• Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in healthcare (home health or hospice preferred)
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations (OASIS and PPS preferred) and North Carolina regulations
• Demonstrated record of goal achievement and increased responsibility with positive results
• Proven interpersonal, recruiting, employee relations, and PC/communication skills

Responsibilities

• Share full management responsibility for office operations including client service, clinical operations, budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management
• Monitor quality and appropriateness of services, ensure compliance and client satisfaction
• Hire, develop, and supervise high-potential office employees; develop successor planning
• Strategic planning and budgeting for growth; oversee marketing and program development
• Manage accounts receivable and collections
