Description

As a Collections Analyst at Monks, you will ensure timely recovery of accounts receivable, optimize cash flow, and minimize delinquency by managing a customer portfolio and coordinating with the commercial team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in credit and collections
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong knowledge of portfolio analysis, collection management, and financial indicators
• Intermediate-advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, aging schedules) and ERP experience; NetSuite preferred
• Intermediate/advanced English

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts and aging to drive timely collection of outstanding invoices
• Contact clients via phone and email to negotiate payment agreements and secure commitments
• Record and update collection activities in NetSuite and internal logs
• Coordinate with commercial team to resolve billing disputes or payment issues
• Prepare periodic reports on overdue accounts, recoveries, and collection performance
