You'll drive the integration and expansion of the Resolv platform into the Australian market, leading technical strategy and building out a local team. Your core impact will be enabling technology to unlock new revenue streams and scale the business efficiently. This role offers high visibility as the first software engineering manager in Australia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end integration of Resolv with Australian workflows.
• Partner with leadership to identify technology that unlocks revenue.
• Perform hands-on development as the first Australia-based engineer.
• Translate technical roadmaps into actionable business value for stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years in leadership in a tech-enabled service environment.
• Strong background in modern software architecture and cloud platforms.
• Experience working with distributed teams or scaling US products into Australia.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Kotlin/Java, Typescript, REST, SQL, Python.
• Experience in renewable energy, IoT, or asset management.
