Description

You will supervise technician teams to install and maintain mission critical communication systems for SpaceX's production and launch vehicles. You'll prioritize work, troubleshoot cabling infrastructure, and collaborate with engineers to support real-time operations for Falcon, Dragon, Starship, and other missions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 5+ years of telecommunications systems experience
• 2+ years prior leadership experience
• Technical expertise in low voltage and fiber optical cable installation and testing
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA)

Responsibilities

• Supervise technician teams to install and maintain mission critical communication systems
• Prioritize and schedule work to meet required timelines
• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems and perform repairs
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams
• Maintain documentation of installations including assets, locations, and connectivity
