You'll build the internal developer portal for Weave's healthcare platform, owning the frontend developer experience. You'll lead technical execution of frontend initiatives, translating team goals into scalable architecture. This role offers real ownership over Backstage and the chance to elevate engineers around you.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end technical execution of frontend initiatives.
• Translate team goals into scalable frontend architecture decisions.
• Contribute to internal developer portal and UI applications.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building modern web apps with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• 3+ years working with React or similar frontend framework.
• Experience leading technical implementation of production features.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep knowledge of idiomatic TypeScript.
• Experience with Backstage developer portal framework.
• Experience with Golang or gRPC.
