💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end hardware reliability for Starlink consumer electronics products, from early development through mass production and field performance. You'll create reliability plans, build statistical models, and execute test programs at the supply base, driving first-principles failure analysis and corrective actions. This role offers broad influence across design, test, quality, and supply chain in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end hardware reliability for Starlink consumer electronics
• Develop reliability plans and accelerated life test protocols
• Build reliability models using Weibull and statistical distributions
• Lead bring-up of reliability test capacity at suppliers
• Drive failure analysis and root-cause corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or materials science
• 1+ years of experience in hardware reliability engineering for consumer electronics

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years of experience in hardware reliability for high-volume electronics
• Deep understanding of the bathtub curve and reliability physics
• Hands-on experience with HALT/HASS and reliability test programs
