Description

You will work under experienced Biostatisticians on theoretical or applied problems directly relevant to ongoing clinical drug development research in Oncology. You will implement new methodological developments using SAS/R, conduct simulation studies, and present your research at the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in SAS or R
• Solid background in survival analysis
• Enrolled in a full-time graduate program with at least two full years of graduate coursework completed
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work on theoretical or applied problems in clinical drug development research
• Implement new methodological developments using SAS/R
• Conduct simulation studies as needed
• Give a department-wide presentation on research topic
• Prepare a final written report
