Description

You will lead a team of up to 10 product designers in India, setting design standards, coaching talent, and partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality SaaS experiences. Your work will shape the user experience of Harness' AI-powered software delivery platform, used by over 185M deployments annually.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience designing and delivering SaaS products at scale
• Experience leading and growing product design teams in distributed environments
• Strong operational discipline with clear processes and predictable delivery
• Deep experience with design systems and cross-functional collaboration
• Effective stakeholder partner who aligns leaders around a shared vision
