📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building distributed backend systems in production
• Strong programming skills in Go
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of system design and distributed systems

• Experience with gRPC, Kafka, Docker, Helm, or observability tools
• Experience in clearing, settlement, or securities finance
