You'll own a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) in a high-impact, rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll identify and close expansion opportunities while shaping the playbooks and processes of a new Account Management function.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention for your book of business
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and maintain a 3-4x expansion pipeline
  • Proactively manage renewals and mitigate churn

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management
  • Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities
  • Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)

  • Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
  • Experience in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile logistics
  • Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows
