You'll own a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) in a high-impact, rebuild-phase SaaS business. You'll identify and close expansion opportunities while shaping the playbooks and processes of a new Account Management function.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention for your book of business
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain a 3-4x expansion pipeline
- Proactively manage renewals and mitigate churn
๐ Requirements
- 4-8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management
- Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile logistics
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing workflows
