You'll manage a portfolio of strategic accounts at Alan, a vertically integrated health partner. You'll build strong customer relationships, drive adoption, and identify growth opportunities. This role offers flexible office arrangements and generous equity packages.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagship companies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders
• Proactively identify signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions
• Analyze and present consumption reports through business reviews

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent track record of over-performance
• Experience working with companies of more than 150 employees
• Fluency in Dutch and English

• Previous experience in insurance or benefits industry
